In School Activity Rules

(top)

ACLS is a structured organization and runs structured language and culture programs. We are very lucky to obtain the support from R. J. Grey Junior high school (JH). We are allowed to use the JH facilities at low rent rate based on the condition that we keep the environment in order and only allow the pre-planned language and culture education activities to be held in school (including inside and outside the building).

The school has been in operation smoothly for about 10 years, we want to thank everyone for the understanding and support. To let the school serves the community better, we have the following regulations set up:

  1. Generally, parents are encouraged to chat and have self entertainment in the big Cafeteria. For those who prefer to chat in the hallway, please make sure you don't have impact on the on going classes.
  2. If you have flyers need to be distributed in school, please notify admin member first. To submit your request, please contact ACLS Principal at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  . The content of material distributed at the school should follow the laws and the school rule, especially, should be appropriate for the school educational environment and younger viewers. We are going to set an area for newspaper and flyers distribution. Please remember to clean up afterwards!
  3. ACLS welcomes individual to visit the School and talk to the parents with potential business/profit-making purposes. Generally, all this kind of activities will be held in the form of seminar. Please contact Seminar Committee at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  4. School Journal is a very good tool to distribute information. We welcome you to put advertise on the School Journal. A small amount of ads fee will be charged. Please contact the chief editor at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
