Grade/Class Placement
- For Existing Students:
For students who are currently in language or/and culture classes would like to transfer to different classes or program, please consult the Deans of Language Program or/and the Director of Culture Program respectively by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. - For New Students:

- Class Switch or Withdraw
- All class switches have to be completed prior to the 3rd class of the semester (not including the day having the 3rd class) based on availability and the recommendations from the Deans.
- No class switch will be processed on or after the day of 3rd class.
- If you'd like to withdraw any classes, it is your responsibility to send a withdraw request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or to withdraw by yourself during the opening online registration period.
